PATRIOTIC: 6 U.S. Flags placed on 3 occasions; 4 flags flower on 5 holidays, 1 flag flow half-staff 30 days for deceased President; 1 flag flown 365 days.
MISCELLANEOUS: 1 serves on Executive Board and Committee Chairman; Chapter maintains Yearbook and Scrapbook; 2 newsletters mailed to members.
BONUS ITEMS: Per capita taxes and most reports submitted timely.

On 26 July 1994 our insignia (logo) was also approved by the Patent Trademark Office of the United States. Therefore they are not to be used without permission and when displayed must have the copyright symbol. As stated in the 1997 UDC Bylaws on page 41, Article 34 Insignia Section 2, a & b.
