5 new members.

Monthly meetings followed Historian General's program. We thoroughly enjoyed a film on "Fabled Plantations of Louisiana" and personal reminiscences of an old-fashioned Christmas by Mr. Stafford, our Historian's husband.

We honored our Real Daughters at a luncheon in February.

All dues and assessments were paid by March 1, 1980.

2 supplemental lines were sent in.

A donation was made to the Memorial Building in Richmond, VA.

Chapter has the Corinne Cant Scholarship and donates to Division and District Scholarships, also to the Randolph Relief Fund.

4 insignia were ordered.

The Chapter had a joint meeting with Jefferson Davis Chapter.

3 members attended the Division Convention.

All SCV and UDC deceased members of local chapters were honored at our Annual Memorial Service in April.

Our Spring Outing was a day trip to Richmond, Texas for lunch and a visit to the new Confederate Museum there.

Historical talks were given by two members to church and school groups.

VA 23220-4057.

On 26 July 1994 our insignia (logo) was also approved by the Patent Trademark Office of the United States. Therefore they are not to be used without permission and when displayed must have the copyright symbol. As stated in the 1997 UDC Bylaws on page 41, Article 34 Insignia Section 2, a & b.
