All dues and assessments paid on time.

Contributions made to General and Division on time.

Nine historical meetings held in member's homes.

Confederate Memorial Day observed on April 29th - 85 attended.

One Historical book written and published by the President on May 17, 1973.

Four books given to library in memory of departed daughters.

One Jefferson Davis Medal presented to President for serving the chapter 10 years.

January 19th, represented the chapter at the Confederate Ball, costume won 1st prize.

Represented the chapter at the George Washington Tea, Mrs. Sam Houston's Birthday and several historical marker dedications.

Two new members, 1 reinstated member, papers being processed on three others all young women, daughters of our members.

I have served my chapter as president for ten years, have worked hard, but have enjoyed every minute of it.

VA 23220-4057.

On 26 July 1994 our insignia (logo) was also approved by the Patent Trademark Office of the United States. Therefore they are not to be used without permission and when displayed must have the copyright symbol. As stated in the 1997 UDC Bylaws on page 41, Article 34 Insignia Section 2, a & b.
