All dues and assessments sent to Division Treasurer by March 1st. Contributions made to projects both Division and General.

Observed all Historical meetings. Followed Historical Generals program. Confederate Memorial Day sponsored on April 26th, 45 in attendance. Historical talk made to children and presented trophies for essays.

Publicity - 85 inches with 4 pictures.

Confederate graves marked - 1; Historical spot permanently marked chapter represented. Books on Southern subjects presented, using UDC bookplates - 8. Confederate pictures presented to schools 2. Flags given - 1. Articles collected and presented to Museum - 2 pioneer hide bottom chairs - very old.

Official UDC Insignia purchased - 1.

Prizes given to schools for historical essay 1 silver cup, 1 flag, 2 books.

Confederate Widows assisted through the Randolph Relief Fund.

UDC Magazine subscription 43 - 100%.

Yearbook, scrapbook and Centennial Scrapbook.

Participation in dedication of historical markers, one for Dick Dowling and Sam Houston.

Represented at District meetings - 12. Represented at Division Convention in Brownsville, Chartered bus, May 16th - 18 members.

Sponsored Children Chapter, David O'Dodd.

Held 1 book review, a lovely Christmas party, a boat trip down the Buffalo Bayou - 30 attended. Feb 24th, celebrated with a luncheon at Sakowitz honoring 9 Real Daughters and 4 Division and National Officers. Took active part in the General Convention held in November.

On 26 July 1994 our insignia (logo) was also approved by the Patent Trademark Office of the United States. Therefore they are not to be used without permission and when displayed must have the copyright symbol. As stated in the 1997 UDC Bylaws on page 41, Article 34 Insignia Section 2, a & b.
