Society Newsletters (1992-1999)
The Milam County (Texas) Genealogical Society is a non-profit organization. The purpose of our Society is to encourage genealogy, to obtain new genealogical materials for the Lucy Hill Patterson Memorial Library, and preserve and publish material of genealogical and historical nature. The emphasis will be on the Milam County area, but will include other counties and states.
The Society meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room of the Citizens National Bank (formerly known as the NBC Bank and then as the IBC Bank). The bank is located across the street from the Library, at the corner of Ackerman and Cameron Streets in Rockdale, Texas. Enter the building from the parking lot (alley) behind the bank.
